By placing an order you are accepting responsibility to any pay import VAT (and customs duties) and a handling fee in the receiving country if due. these charges will depend on the country you are located in and the value of the item. You are also responsible for compliance with all laws where the product is being shipped. failure to pay any fees due will result in delays and possible returns. while Infusd will make all efforts to ensure your order arrives safely, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay associated fees. refunds will not be given on shipping costs of returned orders.

RETURNS

What can I return?

We’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. Products must be sent back to us in a resale-able condition – unopened and in their original packaging. We can’t accept returns for products that are opened or if the tamper seal is broken.

What do I do about Faulty Items?

In the rare event of products being damaged during transit or unsatisfactory quality, please send us a photo for inspection and we will process your return/exchange request. We may ask for you to return the item(s) for closer examination.

How do I return my Items?

You are responsible for the costs of safe return and postage. Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For, Tracked, or equivalent delivery method, to postal address:

* Please note, Northern Ireland is excluded from free UK returns.

If any of these apply, please contact us by email “help@infusd.com” no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Since we don’t collect payment for customs and import duties, we aren’t able to refund these if your country of delivery is subject to such charges
We aim to process all returned orders within 10 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
We’re extremely proud of the rarity of these instances and we are determined to offer a satisfactory resolution in the event that something does go wrong.
Our customer service team would be happy to help resolve any issues. Please report any faults by email to help@infusd.com before returning your item to us, so that our team can provide instructions and advise on timeframes and a resolution. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Placing an order for goods via our web site does not constitute a contract of sale; this includes any automated confirmation messages you may receive. Once your order has been received and charges verified, we may be required to manually check the details and contact you to confirm the acceptance of your order, which will constitute the completion of our contract to supply. Orders are only accepted when goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel the contract or refuse sale at any time thereafter should this be necessitated by circumstances beyond our control. In this event we will notify you as quickly as possible with a full explanation.
